ExtraField Phantom Parametric EQ
Parametric equalizer built on a field model of the audio signal. Field EQ shapes geometry with Gain, Authority, and Axis — then reconstructs analog stereo with canonical reconstruction and true-peak control.

What we did
We took an ordinary sound field from physics, placed it in DSP, and implemented a PEQ through field geometry.
How we did it
We used quantum field theory because it works with fields, and quantum mechanics because it works with the wave properties of things. Combined, they became a single language for any wave system in a field.
On that language we built an algorithm that decomposes analog sound into two components, sends them into the field together so one is steered through the other, processes both separately, and overlays PEQ geometry with Authority and Axis — priority and direction of the Bend.
It is fitted to analog 0 dB without peaks, reconstructed as analog stereo, and sent to the output. ExtraField is that field — and a parametric EQ — used to test the theory and to ship a working audio plugin.
